Owners of this custom-built home in Mantua, OH wished to maintain the style, materials and color of their existing home for their master bedroom closet addition. Their one-story 14’ x 18’ add-on utilized the look of the home’s existing brick façade as well as the colors and style to create a seamless addition.
The interior included electrical, insulation and drywall with a custom-built shelving system, an island with a granite top, painted walls and carpeting. The exterior included a shingled hip roof, soffits, gutters and vinyl windows.
Completed within the promised timeline and within budget, we were pleased with the homeowner’s satisfaction and the honor of NARI’s feature and award-winning title.
