Machek- Uniontown Full Addition
This beautiful colonial house in Uniontown, OH received a full two-story addition to accommodate a family with children ranging from early teens to twenties and a dad with a hobby of working on cars.
A 1,200 square foot, 46’ x 26’ addition was added on to their home to include a three-car lower-level heated garage and a second floor fully accommodated living space. The garage included a high-ceiling in one bay to accommodate a car lift, concrete flooring, a new driveway and a VERSA-LOK retaining wall. The upper living space consisted of a bedroom, full bathroom, living room, kitchenette and storage space.
A stairwell connected the two floors and a service door allowed access from the second floor living space to an added-on deck with steps to the yard.
