A circa 1970’s contemporary split-level home sits on a spacious lot with a beautiful private lake, loaded with great potential for this couple to build upon.

The home’s old, dilapidated three-season porch was torn off to be replaced with a full basement and a living room above it. Extending from this story-and-a-half addition, an attached deck was added and included stairs to the lawn below. With the new siding from its existing weather-beaten T-1-11, this addition transformed the entire look of the house.
